In 2025, we were brought on to support the organization’s critical leadership transition as it simultaneously shifted operations to the New York fiscal sponsorship realm.  We  worked collaboratively on a realistic fundraising plan that quickly prioritized an actionable timeline to identify new funding sources and relationships as well as reframing existing opportunities to amplify HowlRound’s 15th Anniversary.
