MARION KOLTUN | Founder and CEO
Synthesizing over 40 years of experience in the non-profit arena, Marion’s expertise includes strategic management, board development, fundraising, capital projects, long range planning, marketing, finance, and executive coaching. During Marion’s career in not-for-profit leadership, she was responsible for all aspects of institutional stabilization in partnership with the Board of Directors at various companies.

Marion has managed several multi-million dollar projects at a number of New-York based organizations including a $14 million capital expansion at Dance Theater Workshop. She also collaboratively oversaw and implemented the revival of the New Victory Theater, part of the renowned redevelopment of 42nd Street, Times Square (The New 42nd Street).
Currently, Marion serves on the faculties of the Yale School of Drama (MFA) and Winthrop University in South Carolina. She received a Graduate Certificate in Executive Education, Leadership-Arts Business School from Stanford University. She has guest lectured widely and participated on numerous panels in the arts and real estate development.
Marion is proud to have served as Board President for the Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance.
