In 2022, we were brought on to support a new coalition of cultural leaders in Miami seeking a permanent home for multi-opportunity programing. Our work supports their non-profit operations and real estate ventures to achieve their goals.

Our work began by reviewing the leadership, program, financials, brand, and revenue positionality of the coalition. Each organization brought great history and excellence in arts and culture to the vision; our team brought the expertise of non profit strategy, operations and real estate to support them.
Together we established a timeline for action, starting with solidifying a clear mission, vision, and action steps to guide forward movement in an efficient and effective way. With years of experience leading non-profits and arts organizations, we were able to swiftly help the coalition in its decision-making grounded in market trends while retaining core values.
