In 2022, we were brought on to support a new coalition of cultural leaders in Miami seeking a permanent home for multi-opportunity programing. Our work supported their discover and decision making regarding their real estate ventures in a complex market.

Our work began by reviewing the leadership, program, financials, brand, and revenue positionality of the coalition. Each organization brought great history and excellence in arts and culture to the vision; our team brought the expertise of non profit strategy, operations and real estate to support them.
